This book set is an excellent way to get new readers excited! The pictures are very simple and word usage doesn't overwhelm the beginner. My 5 year old daughter loves to read it herself. It's wonderful!

I LOVE THIS BOOKS MY SON IS 4 YEARS OLD AND HE READ THE FIRST 4 BOOKS WITHOUT MY HELP I EVEN TRIED TO WRITE SOME OF THE SENTENCES IN A DIFFERENT PAPER AND HE READ THEM ALL. IT'S AMAZING THIS BOOKS REALLY WORTH THE MONEY.

A Good Place To Start Reading
When my daughter entered kindergarten, I wanted to get her reading asap. I didn't know where to start though. I purchased these books and they worked great! These books start out slow and simple and that's just what she needed. Ever since then we have purchased all the sets. I love that they slowly build up and walk your child through learning how to read. I think they also give the confidence that new readers need because they are so simple. Some of the stories and drawings are so cute that they are the ones that she LIKES to read over and over. I highly recommend them for beginners. : )
